PhyllinGood (“we,” “us”) runs phyllingood.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and our refund policy.
What we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy The Menopause Kit, you enter your name, email, and payment details on our checkout page, which is run by Systeme.io. Payments are processed by their payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email. We use your email to deliver your purchase and, if you agree, to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as your browser type and IP address for security and performance.
Your health information
The Symptom Tracker and Doctor-Visit Kit are files you download and keep. Anything you type into them stays on your own device. We never see it.
How we use your information
To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, process refunds, and send emails you’ve agreed to receive. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Third-party services
We use Systeme.io for checkout and email, Hostinger for website hosting, and YouTube for our videos. Each has its own privacy policy.

Refunds
The Menopause Kit is a digital download. If it isn’t right for you, email support@phyllingood.com within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund you, no questions asked.

Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don’t resell, share, or republish the files. You’re welcome to print as many copies as you need for yourself.
